The coaching workbook / How to use this

A note before we begin

Make the work your own.

Coaching is not something to consume. It is a working space for examining what is happening, making more deliberate choices, and putting those choices into practice. Your part matters.

01

Notice honestly

Give yourself permission to write an unfinished answer. Begin with what you actually observe, not what you think you should say.

02

Return to it

Meet the material at least three times: first for exposure, then for reflection, then to adjust and apply what you have learned.

03

Take ownership

Use what emerges to shape your decisions, conversations and actions between sessions. The depth of your engagement shapes the value you gain.

A useful rhythm

Three visits.
Deeper perspective.

First exposure

Read the short text, or listen when an audio reflection is available. Notice what catches your attention.

Reflection

Return to the prompts. Write freely. Look for patterns, assumptions and questions worth bringing into the room.

Adjustment & application

Visit again after your session. Revise an answer, test a different behaviour, or name one concrete action.

A shared language

The Clarity Chain

STATE

See what is true now.

ALIGN

Connect to what matters.

DECIDE

Choose deliberately.

SAY

Communicate with clarity.

EXECUTE

Turn intention into practice.

The micro-loop

SPOT → DECODE → DIRECT

Notice what is happening. Make sense of what may be driving it. Choose a useful next step. Repeat as your understanding changes.

Your personal space

Write with candour.

Treat this as a private working space. In this prototype, your writing is saved only in this browser on this device; it is not sent to Hanna or shared with others. On a shared device, others with access to this browser may be able to see it. Bring forward only what you choose to discuss.
