Five characters you admire
Real or fictional — leaders, colleagues, people from your childhood, figures from books or films. This is not about who they are, but what they represent to you.
e.g. “Nelson Mandela — forgiveness, resilience, dignity under pressure.”
One or two sentences.
These characteristics reflect what your nervous system responds to as strength, safety and inspiration. They form the emotional blueprint of your leadership direction.
Identify your two core values
Find the values you carry in your body, not just in your mind.
What helped you cope, adapt or stay safe — emotionally or socially?
These two values are the foundations of your leadership identity — the conditions in which you feel safe, authentic and strong.
Beliefs that support or constrain
